We are a group of 10/16... What are our possibilities.

Escape Room Nederland has 2 rooms at this moment. 12 people can be locked in at the same time. If you book for, for example, 23 people you will need 4 timeslots. It takes about 15 minutes to change the rooms. Team members who have to wait can enjoy themselves in our lounge.

We are with 7 persons instead of the maximum of 6. Is this possible?

The fire department does not allow us to lock more than 6 people in a room at a time. We strictly abide by this rule to guarantee the safety of our visitors. We cannot make any exceptions. If you want to book an escape room for 7 people you will be grouped up in 2 teams who will be locked into two rooms.

I am pregnant. Can I participate?

Yes you can! However, participation is at your own risk.

Can I bring someone that is 14 or 15 years old?

If he/she is accompanied by an adult who will take full responsibility of the adolescent, it is no problem! Anyone younger than 14 is not allowed to participate under any circumstances.

We have to wait for a while, what can we do in the meantime?

A large number of games are waiting for you in the lounge; air hockey, foosball, pool, darts, table shuffleboard, table tennis, a number of board games, Catch The Light, Twister, various game-consoles, etc. Everyone is invited to have a drink at the bar!

I booked the wrong room. What should I do?

You can cancel the reservation by clicking on the “Cancel the reservation” link in your booking confirmation – please check your SPAM if you can’t find it in your regular inbox. Once you receive the confirmation email your cancellation is successful. If you experience problems with the cancellation, contact us directly via annuleren@escaperoom.nl. Was the cancellation successful? You can then book the right escape room.

Is Escape Room also available in English?

I want to cancel my reservation. What do I do?

Cancellation of timeslots is free of charge up to 72 hours before the reservation.

If you cancel your reservation later than the cancellation deadline, the full admission fee will be charged. Cancellations can only be communicated to us by clicking on the “Cancel the reservation” link in the confirmation email you received when you booked the escape room. When you click on the link you will cancel the booking and you’ll receive a confirmation of the cancellation. If you don’t receive the confirmation your cancellation might be unsuccessful.
